UNCITRAL Advances ISDS Reform Rollout with Rabat Workshop
The UN Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL) convened a workshop in Rabat from 3–5 June 2026, co-organised with Morocco's Ministry of Justice, to help African States implement investor-State dispute settlement (ISDS) reform. The session feeds Working Group III's drive to deliver concrete reform options — including a permanent standing mechanism and the Advisory Centre on International Investment Dispute Resolution — to the Commission's 59th session in 2026.
