Returns & Damaged Items
If a title arrives damaged or there is an error in your order, we will replace it or issue a full refund. Contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number, a description of the issue, and a photograph if applicable. For institutional orders via PO or invoice, return terms are agreed at the time of the order.
