WHO Launches Climate, Migration and Health Research Roadmap
WHO's Health and Migration programme, together with its Climate Change, Energy and Air Quality department, launched a global research prioritization and action plan on the health effects of climate-related migration and displacement, following a July webinar with more than 300 participants from 75 countries. Priorities include migration-sensitive data systems and stronger evidence on mental health, maternal and child health, and chronic disease among displaced populations.
