Description
Aviation Law gives a systematic, up-to-date overview of international aviation law for practitioners, regulators and academic libraries building a serious air law collection. Written by two leading voices from the University of Cologne's Institute of Air Law, Space Law and Cyber Law together with an aviation law practitioner, the volume works through the regulatory architecture built on the 1944 Chicago Convention and ICAO framework, and extends it into the newest frontiers of the field: unmanned aircraft systems, aviation cybersecurity, military aviation and space law. It is designed as a single reference that captures both the settled doctrine and the live regulatory debates shaping aviation law today.
