About the Authors
Dr. Yifei Lin is the director of the Board of Yi & Partners, president and founder of the CNARB Arbitration Institute, and deputy president of the SCIA China International Arbitration Institute. With more than 20 years of experience in arbitration, he has acted as chairman, sole arbitrator, party-nominated arbitrator and counsel in numerous disputes, and is the author/editor of around 50 books on arbitration.
