Jan H. Dalhuisen is Emeritus Professor of Law at King's College London, holds the Chair in Transnational Financial Law at the Catholic University of Lisbon, and is a Visiting Professor at UC Berkeley. He is a Corresponding Member of the Royal Netherlands Academy of Arts and Sciences, a Member of the New York Bar, and a former ICSID Arbitrator and FCIArb.
