About the Editors

Nasser Al Harrasi holds a PhD in Management (Human Resources) from Binary University, Malaysia, and is Head of the Business Administration Unit and Lecturer at the College of Economics and Business Administration, University of Technology and Applied Sciences (UTAS), Muscat, Oman. He is a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (UK) and has produced over 30 scholarly publications on AI in management, human resource development and economic development in emerging markets.

Badar Khalid Hakim Al-Shabibi is Deputy Assistant Vice Chancellor for Postgraduate Studies, Research and Innovation at UTAS, Muscat, Oman.

Mohd Abass Bhat holds a PhD in Commerce from the University of Kashmir, India, and is Senior Lecturer in the Department of Economics and Business Administration at UTAS, Muscat, Oman. He has authored numerous publications on blockchain adoption, fintech, ESG and AI applications, and received the GCC Scientific Research Award (2025) and UTAS's Most Cited Researcher Award (2024).

S. Porkodi holds a PhD in Management (Human Resource Management) from Bharathiar University, India, and is a faculty member in the College of Economics and Business Administration at UTAS, Muscat, Oman. She is the author of six books and five handbooks and has served as Editor-in-Chief of the International Journal of Management Rivulet.
