Halis Kıral is an associate professor at the Social Sciences University of Ankara. He is also Head of the Audit and Risk Management Department and Director of the Center for Audit and Risk Management. His academic and professional work focuses on internal audit, risk management, public budgeting, public finance, and applied economics.
Gökhan Yılmaz is a Partner at PwC Türkiye and leads the firm’s Forensic, Financial Crime, and Compliance services. He has more than 25 years of experience across consulting environments, specializing in ethics, compliance, fraud investigations, internal audit, data analytics, and risk management.
