About the Author

Dr. A. Vijayalakshmi Venugopal is a Senior Lecturer I at the Faculty of Business & Law at Taylor's University, where she has taught since 2016. She holds a PhD in Laws from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia, an LLM and a Master's in Educational Psychology from the University of Malaya, and an LLB from the University of London. Her research focuses on Intellectual Property, Commercial Law, and Legal Research Methods.
