I Grenville Cross GBS, SC is Vice Chairman (Senate) of the International Association of Prosecutors and served as Director of Public Prosecutions of Hong Kong from 1997 to 2009. He is Sentencing Editor of Hong Kong Cases and of Archbold Hong Kong. Patrick WS Cheung is a barrister-at-law with extensive experience in public prosecutions at the Department of Justice, and author of Sentencing Policy.
